Although our listed ingredients are generally safe for most skin types.  Patch test first and discontinue if irritation occurs.

We offer refunds and exchanges of unopened or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original order date. Return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.

If items are damaged or faulty, contact us at Orders@HickoryRoadNP.com. Arrangements will be made to rectify the issue. We will gladly reimburse the buyer for return postage fees if applicable.

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order of in-stock items. Orders received after 5 PM CT will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING

At Hickory Road Farm Natural Products, we do our best to keep the shipping costs as affordable as possible. Once processed, we typically ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage and do not ship on U.S. holidays. Packages are delivered in 3-7 business days. We do not currently support international shipping.

We offer real-time USPS shipping rates. The figures below represent an approximate rate due to fluctuating shipping costs.

Your final shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Please note if shipping: Whipped tallow balm will melt in warm temperatures above 85 degrees. This can make the tallow become more like a solid balm. This will not alter the effectiveness or shelf-life.

DELAYS

If you have not received your order within 21 days of purchase, please reach out to Orders@HickoryRoadNP.com. We cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or pre-order. This policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration until canceled. Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in our inventory. We collect full payment of purchase then fulfill item when it comes available.
